These Terms of Use govern your use of Pagerun, a reading tracker for recording reading sessions, books, notes, quotes, focus ratings, progress, and reading insights.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using Pagerun, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your Account

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, account-related messages may be sent through Apple’s private relay email service.

Your Content

You own the reading records, notes, quotes, images, and other content you create or upload in Pagerun.

You grant Pagerun a limited license to store, process, sync, display, and back up your content only as needed to operate and improve the app.

You are responsible for the content you add to Pagerun, including ensuring that you have the right to save or share any quotes, images, notes, or other material.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pagerun for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Upload content that violates another person’s rights
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Interfere with the app, backend, payment systems, or security features
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond what is allowed by law
• Use automated systems to overload or abuse the app or backend
